        • If the marriage took place in a religious place, Institute\u2019s Certificate that certifies the solemnization of marriage<\/span><\/li>\n
        • If marriage is registered under Hindu Marriage Act then, RS 100 are to be charged. If marriage is registered under Special Marriage Act then RS150 is to be charged and is submitted to the District Cashier. The receipt of such payment has to be attached with the Application form.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Two Passport size photographs of both the parties. One marriage photo in case the marriage is solemnized.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • If marriage is solemnized, Invitation card for wedding.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The parties need to affirm that they don’t fall in any of the prohibited relationship, mentioned under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or Special Marriage Act, 1954.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • If eithre of the parties is divorcee, then attested copy of divorce decree is to be attached with the application form.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \u00a0Affidavit is to be attached with application form that states place, date, time of marriege along with the marital status and nationality of both the parties.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Two witnesses from both the parties needs to be present at the sub registrar office at time of meeting.<\/span><\/li>\n
